Is post ko padne se pehle aap apne mind ko fresh kar lo kyoki agar aap isko jaldi me padege to aap us cheez ko miss kar denge jo aapke sapne pure karne me bas ye post padne tak hi dur hai kyoki isko padne ke baad aap apne sapno ki udaan bharne lagege.

Jaisa ki mene aapko last post me bataya tha ki Sub-conscious mind tab kaam karta hai jab hamara conscious mind kaam na kar raha ho.Or iss position ko hum ALPHA position kehte hai.

Jab hum beta position me hote hai tab hamare conscious mind se 14-35 WAVES/SEC. Nikalti hai or isme physical position jo hoti hai wo hai Jab hum jaag rahe ho.
 

Jab hum alpha position me hote hai tab hamare conscious mind se 7-14 WAVES/SEC.  nikalti  hai or isme physical position jo hoti hai wo hai jab hum sone waale hote hai or hame neend aa hi rahi hoti hai lekin hum thode se jaage hue bhi hote hai.
 

Jab hum theeta position me hote hai tab hamare conscious mind se 4-7 WAVES/SEC. nikalti hai or isme physical posiion jo hoti hai wo hai jab hum soo rahe hote hai.
 

Jab hum delta position me hote hai tab hamare conscious mind se 1-4 WAVES/SEC. nikalti hai or isme physical position jo hoti hai wo hai jab hum coma me hote hai.
 

Dosto ab wo step jo sabse important hai. Iske baad apki life aapke according hi ho jaayegi.Or wo ye hai ki hum iski progamming kaise kare.
 

PROGRAMMING OF MIND:-
 

STEP 1--> Sabse pehle jo aapko karna hai wo hai ki aapko ek bada sa sapna socho jo aap apni zindagi me chahte ho.
2--> Apne us Goal (lakshay) ko specify ( uski choti-choti cheez ko sochna) kare.
3--> Apne us Goal ke prati biswaas banaye ki wo pura hoga.
4--> Apne us Goal ko apne emotions ke sath jode. (Emotions ke baare me maine last post me bataye tha)
5--> Apne us Goal ke baare me imagine kare jab aap relaxation kar rahe ho iske liye aap meditaion kar sakte hai ye position sabse best hai kyoki isme hamari waves kam hoti hai. Jyada se jyada imagine kare pura pagal ho jaaye uske liye.
6--> Jyada se jyada Catalytic (utprerak) banaye.Jaise---Fasting (vrat), Silence (shaant awastha),Prayer (prarthana),Positive thinking (sakaratmak soch), Self hypnosis-Relaxation (apne aapko sammohit kare) Iske baare me ek jaldi hi post daaluga.
7--> Shaant purvak apne result ka intezaar kare.
 

SAATH ME YE BHI KARE--
 

* Apne sapne ko soche ye aap Conscious mind ki help se hi kar sakte hai. Jaise aap ek car lena chahte hai to soche ki wo kis company ki hogi, usme kitne seat hogi, wo aage se kaise dekhegi or ander se kaise choti se choti cheez.
* Planning ye Sub-conscious mind karega.
* Aapke sapne ke according paristhitee banayega Sub-conscious mind. Aap uski parwaah chod de ki paise nahi hai, ye me kamzor hu, yani ki har ek issue sab Sub-conscious par chod de phir dekhna.
*Aapke sapne ke according mauke dena Sub-conscious mind ka kaam hai uske liye aapko thoda aware rehna padega ki us mauke ko kaise pakadna hai.
* Aapki saari pareshaniyo ko hal karega Sub-conscious mind.
*Jaisa ki mene pehle kaha ki mauke ko identify karna or seizing (kabzaana) aapka kaam hai.Matlab   Conscious mind ka.
*Action yani kaam kon karega aapka Conscious mind.
* Aapke mann mutabik sapne ko haasil karna dono mind kaa kaam hai.
 

EXERCISE JO AAPKO KARNI HAI ROZ--
 

--> Meditaion (manana, chintan)
--> Self- Hypnosis (khud ko sammohit karna)
--> Visualization (kalpana karna)
--> Apne aap se roz positive baate bolna-
      -- Me khush hu.
      -- Me kar sakta hu.
      -- Me safal ho jaauga.
      -- Me best hu.    or bhi bahut se.
