Self-hypnosis matlab Apne aap ko sammohit karna. Self-hypnosis hamari mind power ke liye bahut jaruri hai iski help se aap sab-kuch haasil kar sakte ho uske liye aapko ye post padni hai or waisa hi karna hai jaisa isme bataya gaya hai.
 

 

Self-Hypnosis ke fayde:-

  *Isse hum apne sapne pure kar sakte hai.

   * Hum apni soch badal sakte hai.

  *Hum apni buri aadate chod sakte hai.  -- smoking, taking liquer, drugs, or bhi bahut saari.

  *Isse hum apne purare se purana dard bhi band kar sakte hai.

  * Iski help se aap stress free ho sakte hai.

  * Isse aap wo choti-choti cheez bhi yaad rakh sakte hai jo aap aksar bhul jaate hai.

   *Iski help se aap ek better person ban sakte hai.
 

Aapka Sapna kya hai:-

Self-hypnosis start karne se pehle aapko ek goal banana padega. Aap Hypnosis relax ke liye bhi kar sakte hai or apne vicharo ko badlne ke liye bhi. Aap apne sapne ke liye bhi kar sakte hai ya phir kisi bimari ko thik karne ke liye bhi. Self-hypnosis me hamari physical position behosi hoti hai. Naa puri tarah se behos or naa hi puri tarah se jaage hue. Self-hypnosis ke jyada fayde ke liye hum affimations (Jo hum vishwaas se kehte hai) ka use kar sakte hai.

* Jaise koi beemari thik karni hai to--- "Me puri tarah se thik hu", "Mere sareer me koi beemari nahi hai". kehne ka matlab hame positive hi kehna hai.
 

Kaise kare taiyari:-

*Comfortable kapde pehne - Self-hypnosis aap jeans, shirt me naa kare isse aapko pareshani hogi. Aap dheele-dhaale kapde pehan kar hi kare. Apne aas-paas ka temperature check kar le, isko aap jyada garmi ya fir jyada sardi me nahi kar sakte kyoki isme hamari body comfortable feel nahi karegi.


* Shaant vatavaran me kare - Aap chahe jaha bhi kare lekin mahol shaant hona chahiye. Ye aap par depend karta hai ki aap baith kar karte hai ya late kar par aapke pair mude hue nahi hone chahiye.


* Koi disturb naa kare -Self-hypnosis bahut hi asarkarak hai agar isme disturbance hota hai jaise aapka phone aa gaya, koi baccha ya koi paltu jaanwar to aap mobile ko switch off kar de or gate band kar de. Ek baar aap us position me pahuch gaye yo phir koi aapko disturb nahi karna chahiye.

Sammohan kriya me kaise jaaye:-
 

*Apni aankhe band kare - Aap apni aankhe band kare or kisi bhi tarah ka tanav, dar or chinta chhod de. Pehle- Pehle aapko thodi pareshani hogi lekin fir bhi un vicharo ko chhodne ki koshish kare.Kalpana karo ki wo aapke sareer se nikal kar jaa rahe hai dheere-dheere.Iske liye aap apni deewar par ek point bana kar uspe concentration kar sakte ho.Or apne ander ki dar, chintao ko pura ka pura chhod de.

 *Apne ander ke tanaav ko pehchaane - Ho sakta hai aapki body me bahut saara tanav ho jo aapko pata na ho. Apne pairo se shuru kare, kalpana kare ki tanav dheere-dheere aapki body se jaa raha hai or khatam ho raha hai. aap free mehsoos kar rahe hai. aisa karte hue aap apne pairo se lekar apne sir tak yahi kalpana kare. Aap imagine karne ki iss technique ko use kar sakte hai - mehsoos karo ki hawa(air) aa rahi hai or aapki saari tension apne sath le jaa rahi hai.

 *Dheere lekin gehri saans le - Saans lena or chhodna self-hypnosis ka important hissa hai. Isme aap apni saans ko dheere-dheere or gehrayi ke sath le.Jab aap saans chhode tab aap aisa mehsoos kare ki aap apne ander ki negative energy ko, tension ko chhod rahe hai or jab saans ander le tab mehsoos kare ki aapke ander positive energy aa rahi hai.

 *Apne sapne ki kalpana kare - Apne sapne ki kalpana karne se matlab aap koi job paana chahte hai to aap us job me apne aapko kaam karte hue dekhe, apni post ko imagine kare, apni salary ko imagine kare.Imagine karte samay aapke five sense kaam karne chahiye.uske liye aap pehle imagine kare ki aapke paas ek aam hai usko aapne kata or khaya ab imagine karo ki uska taste kaisa tha (khatta ya meetha), uski smell kaise thi, or khate samay kaisa feel ho raha hai. Isse aapko pata chal jaayega ki aapke five sense kaam kar rahe hai ki nahi.

 *Apne sapne ki kalpana karte hue aap us gehrayi ko mehsoos kare jaise ki aap swimming pool ke ander jaa rahe hai. Jitna aap paani ke ander jaate hai utna hi aapka sareer doobta jaata hai thik waise hi aap apne sapne ko imagine karte hue us gehrayi me doob jaaye jaise ki aap apne ko jee rahe ho.

 Khatam kaise kare:-

 Hypnosis ko ek dum se khatam nahi karna chahiye. Jis process me aap waha tak pahuche hai usi steps me aapko wapas aana hai. Iss process se nikalne ke liye apne aapko time de or apne aap se kahe "me iss process se bahar aa raha hu" ye aapko pehle jaisi awastha me laane me helpfull hoga.
