Sareer ko swasth rakheAapki Sehat...

Aaj hum janege hamare sehat ke baare me. Aaj kal ki Bhagdaud bhari Zindagi me hum apni sehat par jyada dhyan nahi de paate. Hum apne kaam me itne busy rehte  hai ki hum apne body ke maintenence par dhyan nahi de paate, uska parinaam ye hota hai ki hum tamaam tarah ki beemariyo se ghir jaate
hai jiska asar padta hai hamari pocket par. Dosto hum choti-choti baato par dhyan rakhkar apne aapko rog mukt kar sakte hai.

Khaane ke rakhe pura khayaal...

Dosto busy life me hum aksar khaane ko nazarandaaz kar dete hai. Hamara khaana niyamit nahi hota. Morning ke breakfast se lekar night ke dinner tak hum junk food or bahar ke khaane par jyaada depend rehte hai. Maana ki junk food easily available hai or tasty bhi hai par ye hamare sareer ke liye bahut ghatak hai. To dosto apne khaane ko niyamit banaye or junk food ko side me rakhkar apne khaane me green vegetables, fruits, salad etc. ko shamil kar apne sareer ko jaruri poshak tatva de.

Exercise bhi hai zaruri...

Exercise ka best option hai ZYM. Aaj kal ke youngister apne aapko fit rakhne ke liye iska use karte hai. Par jo log settle ho jaate hai unke liye office me 8-10 ghante kaam karne ke baad zym jaana bahut hi mushkil hota hai. To wo log kuch normal exercise kar sakte hai Jaise-
Subah- subah khuli hawa me tehalna, niyamit yoga karna, office me har ghante baad 2 minute ke liye tehlna, Is tarah ki choti-choti exercise karke aap apne aapko fit rakh sakte hai. Or hamare gaon- dehat ke bhaiyo ke liye to kehna hi kya hai unka to har kaam exercise hi hai.


Sareer ko de puri Neend...

Iss cheez ki problem lagbhag har age ke logo me paayi jaati hai. Hame sone par bhi utna hi dhyan dena  hai jitna ki hum khaane or exercise par dete hai. Din bhar ki bhag daud ke baad aaram ki jarurat padti hai par hum 12-1 baje tak parties me hote hai ya net par ya phir T.V ke saamne baithe rehte hai or phir subah jaldi uthkar college. office ko nikal jaate hai par hame chahiye ki hum 7-8 ghante ki bharpoor neend le jis se hamara sareer agle din ke liye puri tarah se ready rahe ...

To dosto aaj hamne jaana ki apne sareer ko fit kaise rakh sakte hai or aage hum jaanege hamare body se judi beemariyo ke kaaran unke bachao or unka ilaaz. Agar health se related aapka koi question hai to hamse aap comment kar ke puch sakte hai .

Or Haa..... Jyada se jyada paani piye . Or apne aas paas ke area ko saaf rakhe or tobacco, cigerett, sarab se dur rahe....
