Meditaion karne ka matlab hota hai ki apne dimaag par focus karna or use shant karna.Shant karne se matlab hai ki hamare dimaag me ek minute me hazaro vichar aate hai unko shant karna or jis se hame aantarik (inner) shanti ka anubhav ho. Meditatio karne se hum seekhte hai ki kaise ek jagah concentrate kare.Is se hamari body ko bhi bahut benefit hai.

Kya kya hai jaruri:- 

*shaant vatavaran-Shor-sharabe wali jagah par bilkul naa kare,                                        is se aap concentrate nahi kar payenge.
*Dheele-dhaale kapde pehne- Aapki body ko jakdan mehsoos nahi honi chahiye. Aap apne shoes,belt,jacket bhi utaar de to better hoga.
*Samay ka rakhe khayal- Aap shuruaat me 2-5 minute tak meditation kare. Dheere dheere aap apne samay ko bada sakte ho.Aap din me 2-3 baar bhi kar sakte ho.

Kaise kare:-

*Sabse pehle stretch out kare- Is se aapki muscles loose ho jayegi or aap ko baithne me koi pareshani nahi hogi.
*Saans ko ander lete hue shuruaat kare, gehri saans le, or apni heart beat ko dheere kare,apni muscles ko relax kare, or apne dimaag par focus kar. ye sahi tareeka hai shuruaat karne ka.
*Aap isko aankh khol kar ya phir aankh band kar ke bhi kar sakte hai.
*Apne dimaag ko concentrate karne ke liye aap apne saamne mombatti (candle) rakh kar uske light par concentrate kar sakte hai ya phir apne saamne deewar par ek chota sa point bana kar us par focus kar sakte hai.
* Agar aap aankh band kar ke kar rahe hai to aap apne eyebrows ke beech me focus kar sakte hai.
* Concentrate ka behtar upaay ye hai ki aap apne background me ALPHA music laga kar meditation kare. Is se aap pakka concentrate kar payenge.
* Meditation karne ka sahi samay hai Subah. Iss samay hamare mann me vicharo ka aavagaman kam hota hai or iss samay mahol bhi shant hota hai.
*Aap meditation ko apni aadat banaye subah aadha ghanta jaldi uthkar meditation jarur kare isse aap mentally of physically fit rahenge. 
Meditation karte samay aap ko lagega ki aap ye kya kar rahe hai . Naye logo ke liye ye baat common hai lekin aap iss par jyada dhyan naa dekar apni saans par dhyan de usko or gehrayi tak le jaaye.
Meditation ek acchi aadat hai, ek shaandaar practice hai apne sareer ko swasth rakhne ki. Mana ki shuruaat me aapko pareshaani hogi par umeed hai ki diye gaye point ko follow kar ke aap meditation ki chamatkarik shaktiyo ko mehsoos kar sakte hai.
