ko apni zindagi ka hissa banakar khubsurat ban sakte ho. To aaiye jaante hai wo kuch zaroori baate---

Suraj ki roshani se bache:-

 Jaise ki aap jante hai ki suraj ki roshani me sabse jyada vitamin-d  paaya jaata hai. Par,kya aap ye bhi jaante hai ki sirf subah 7-9 baje tak ki dhoop hi skin ke liye acchi hoti hai. Iske baad ki dhoop se bachna chaiye, kyonki iske baad suraj ki ultraviolet rays bahut powerful ho jaati hai. Ye na sirf skin ko effect karti hai balki dhoop me jyada der rehne se skin cancer hone ka khatra bhi rehta hai. Tanaav (stress) se rahe duur:-

Stress body me hone wali hazaro bimaariyo ki jad hai. Stress se bachne ke liye sabse pehle proper neend le. Stress ke karan body me aise hormone ka nirman hota hai jo body me oil ka jyada nirman karne lagte hai. Oily skin par whiteheds jyada hote hai. Proper neend lene or nahane se stress kam ho jaata hai. Apni daily life aisi banane ki koshish kare jis se stress aapse dur rahe.

Skin ko de nami:-

Beautiful skin ke liye use bheetar or bahar dono jagah se nami pradan kare. Din me kam-se-kam do baar skin ko thande paani se dhona jaruri hai. Dhyan rahe,Paani thanda hi hona chahiye. kyonki garam paani se dhone se skin ke pores khul jaate hai or gandagi usme baith jaati hai. Thande paani se pores saaf hone ke sath hi band ho jaate hai. Ye to rahi bahar se nam rakhne ki baat,ab bheetar se- bheetar se rakhne ke liye aap jyada se jyada paani piye or fruits juice le.

Kya khaye healthy skin ke liye:-

Dahi (curd):-

Dahi me Protien,Calcium,Potessium or Phosphoras adhik matra me paaya jaata hai. Isme vitamin b5 or b12  body ke rog pratirodhi tantra ko majbut banakar skin ko chamakdaar banata hai. Dahi me maujood probiotics rog pratirodhi kshamta badata hai or immune system ko thik karta hai. Ye aant se jude infections se bhi bachata hai.

Daal:-

Daal me bhi protien bharpur hota hai. Ye electrolite ko santulit karke skin ko khubsurat banane me help karta hai. Aankho ke neeche kaale khere ho ya sujan, ye sab body me paani jama hone ke karan hota hai. Dal inhi sabko kabu kar aapki khubsurti nikharti hai.

Egg:-

Egg's white skin ka sabse accha friend hai. Egg me elbumin naam ka protien har tarah se faydemand hota hai. Is se skin ki growth sahi se hoti hai. Khubsurat skin ke liye ek egg roz khaye.

Band Gobhi:-

Skin chamakdar ho iske liye jaroori hai ki ise biotin yani vitamin-b mile. Is se skin me nayi or sehatmand koshikaye banti hai. Band gobhi vitamin-b ka accha srot hai. Ye skin ko samay se pehle buda hone se rokti hai. Iske alawa band gobhi me anti-oxident  or vitamin-c bhi hota hai, jo skin ko sehatmand rakhne me help karta hai.

Sea food:-

Sea food yani sodium,potassium or omega-3 fatty acid ka behtarin misran. Sea food me maujood anti oxident skin ko durust karta hai or is wajah se skin nikharti hai.

Akhrot:-

waise to har tarah ke meve me omega-3 fatty acid hota hai ,par akhrot me ye sabse jyada matra me paaya jaata hai.yeh baalo ko bhi khubsurat banata hai. Stress se skin par jhaiya jaldi aati hai akhrot ise rokta hai.
