Tanaav ke hone ke kai kaaran hai jaise- hamari family problems, job problems, study problems, hamare paas paiso ki kami ki wajah se, hamari kharab health ki wajah se hum stressed feel karte hai.Or aisa karke hum kuch kar bhi nahi sakte bas apna physically or mentaly nuksaan kar lete hai.

To dosto yaha kuch aise points hai jinhe padkar aap apni life me apply kar, tanaav mukt ho sakte hai.

* Sabse pehle to aap subah jaldi uthkar walk kare or regular exercise kare, yoga or meditaion ka bhi abhyaas kare.Meditation kaise kare ye jaanne ke liye yaha click kare.
 

* Kam se kam 7-8 ghante ki bharpoor neend le.
 

* Apni body ko healthy khana de. or Caffeine or alcohol se to bahut door hi rahe.Jyada se jyada paani piye kyoki jab humari body me paani kam hota hai to dehydration ho jaata hai or dehydrated body CORTISOL naam ka hormone paida karta hai jo hamare stress level ko badata hai.
 

* Hamesha apne liye time nikale, din me 30 minutes daily. In 30 minute me aap alpha music sunte hue body ko relax kare, aap body massage le sakte hai, in 30 minute aap kuch likh sakte hai jo aapka mann kare.
 

* Hamesha dusro ko maaf kare, gile-sikve ko bhulkar sahanseelta apnaaye.
 

* Kisi se bhi mile to use hug kare, hasi-mazaak kare or apni feeling ko dusro se share karne me dare nahi.
 

* Apne aap ko judge kare or jaane ki aapki kabiliyat kya hai, apni pahuch se jyada apne goal set naa kare.
 

* Hamesha sakaratmak najariya rakhe.nakaratmak soch se dur rahe. Jab so kar uthe to apne aap se kuch positive kahe isse aapka mind positive thinking par focused rahega.
 

*Apne paiso ko manage karna seekhe. jaha jarurat ho waha kharch kare. Or apni income se 10% save kare jisse ki kabhi aapko jarurat pade to aapko dusto se maangne na pade.
 

* Apne ek saal ka goal chart banaye ki aap ek saal me kya haasil karna chahte ho.
 

* Un cheezo ke baare me chintit hone ki koi jarurat nahi jinhe aap badal nahi sakte.
 

* Or apni zindagi ko enjoy karo , har ek din ek gift ki tarah hai to muskurate hue jiyo or bhagwan ko thanks bolo ki aap itni badi picture ka hissa ho.
